    CURRENT TIMEFRAMES
    Standard repairs - With over 60 open orders at any given time and a first-come, first-served approach, providing an exact completion date is challenging. However, you can check our current timelines by clicking VIEW HERE
    Urgent repairs -  2 working days turnaround on any bat in any condition. The price for this service is double our standard service/repair rates.
    If you suspect your order is complete but haven't received a notification, check your order status via the button in your email receipt or contact us via email.

    PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
    1. Place your order online or visit our store for the services and repairs you need (contact us if you need assistance). For international customers, obtain a shipping quote before ordering. Please do not send your bat(s) without placing an order.
    2. Ship your bat(s) to our workshop with your order number and name attached; this is crucial to associate your bat(s) with your order. Do not send the bat cover; it may not be returned.
    3. Your bat will be queued upon arrival. You will not be notified when it arrives. Once completed, your bat(s) will be shipped to the address provided in your order details (return shipping is calculated and paid for during checkout on our website).
    4. Upon dispatch, you'll receive an email with tracking details, or we will inform you when it's ready for pickup.

    PLEASE NOTE: International customers should get a shipping quote before ordering. If you change your mind after placing an order, you'll receive a refund minus the transaction fee (3-7% of the order value).
